SYNOPSIS: A Washington DC native, one of NASCAR's few Black drivers, charts an improbable journey from virtual racing to its premier series.

Jack Gordon is a documentary filmmaker based in Washington, D.C. His latest short documentary, Outside Line, follows the unlikely rise of Rajah Caruth, one of the only Black drivers in NASCAR, as he forges an unlikely path from virtual racing to the sport's penultimate series. It won a Capital Emmy® and screened at DOC NYC, DC/DOX, and many other festivals nationwide. Prior to that, his film The Pins Of Madeleine Albright (2021) was also nominated for a Capital Emmy® and won a Gold Telly Award. Jack has created films and videos for companies and organizations of all sizes nationwide.
