Docs In Progress is excited to return to Baltimore for our annual Docs In Progress screening at Creative Alliance (near Patterson Park). Come join us to watch new documentary works-in-progress and provide feedback to the filmmakers. The films being screened are:
MR. STOKES’ MISSION

John Stokes was just a high school student in 1951, when he became an important part of the civil rights movement. His actions in Farmville, Virginia set the stage for him to become one of the original plaintiffs in the landmark civil rights case, Brown v. Board of Education which banned segregation in public schools.
PROJECT NEO

Nathaniel Eugene O’Quinn (aka “NEO”) is an aspiring rapper/musician from Howard County who dreams of making it “big” in the music industry even as he still lives at home without a job, car, or college education.
